A small business started by a silly little fangirl
For as long as I can remember concerts have always been my thing. I've been lucky enough to travel across the county, seeing my favourite singers and meeting some of my closest friends.
In the midst of the pandemic I was searching for something to keep my mind distracted, I knew I wasn't going to be able to go for concerts for a while so I needed to find something else that made me happy. This is when I started doing digital drawings, these were almost always based on my favourite singers and songs. Fast forwards a few years down the line and now I'm lucky enough to be able to bring some of my designs to life.
Delivery
To aim to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible I use Royal Mail to send my parcels. The standard delivery is for Uk customers however, I aim to be able to accept orders internationally.
Returns
As I am running a small business it is important for this returns policy to be followed in order for me to continue doing what I love. If you have any issues please read this policy and don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.
Returns can only be accepted if your item is damaged or declared lost by Royal Mail.
If an item arrives to you damaged it is important to contact me straight away, complaints made after 5 working days may not be eligible for full refund or exchange. You will be asked to provide images of the issue and may be asked to return the faulty item. Once this information has been assessed a refund or replacement may be offered.
If an item with vinyl detailing has been purchased this will be sent with care/washing instructions. I want to provide the best product possible so if any peeling occurs within one month of shipment please make contact and we can discuss this issue. Unfortunately after the month waranty period I am unable to offer a replacement.
Finally, all orders are sent/tracked via Royal Mail. Once sent this is out of my control, I am unable to offer refund due to delays Royal Mail may have. If an order has been lost in transit a formal investigation can be opened with Royal Mail, if the item is declared lost by Royal Mail a replacement/refund can be offered. Please make note that in order for this to happen there is an official process to follow with Royal Mail, this potentially could take time.
